+ How do I book?

To book, please visit the scheduling page here. A NON-REFUNDABLE 30% DEPOSIT is required for all hair services. This will be paid at the time of booking via PayPal.

+ Where are you located?

An appointment confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Here you will find all the information you need to know about your appointment including the location.

+ How should I prep my hair for my appointment?

Please arrive at your appointment with your hair thoroughly washed and detangled, free of any heavy hair styling products (i.e. gel, edge control, styling foam, etc.). Light leave-in-conditioner or hair moisturizer is acceptable. Dirty or product heavy hair is not acceptable.

+ What hair types do you all work with?

We work with all hair types! Whether your hair is natural, relaxed, or transitioning, we can service you.

+ How long does my hair need to be in order to be serviced?

In order to be serviced, your hair must be at least 4 inches in length.

+ Where do I send my deposit?

Your 30% deposit will be collected via our payment processor, Paypal, upon booking your appointment. Failure to send your deposit will result in loss of your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

+ What hair extensions do I need to purchase?

Hair is provided for all services. Please request color upon booking your appointment.

+ How do I pay the remainder of my balance?

All appointments require a 30% deposit upon booking. The remaining balance will be collected via the card you booked with upon the completion of your appointment.

+ What happens to my deposit if I cannot make my appointment?

ALL deposits are non refundable and non transferable. *Subject to change under special circumstance.
