Our Policy

Deposit 

  1. A NON-REFUNDABLE  30% DEPOSIT is required for all hair services. This can be sent through CashApp to $ambearr or venmo @ambearnicole. Your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will go towards your appointment and the remaining balance can be paid by way of cash or Zelle. (Cashapp will not be accepted for the remaining balance)

  2. In the event that you cancel your appointment, your deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. 

Late policy 

  1. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT YOU ARE GETTING BRAIDS AND THE PERSON BEFORE AND AFTER YOU WILL BE GETTING BRAIDS ALSO.  If your appointment is running behind and you choose not to wait your deposit will not be refunded.

  2. If you are running behind, please contact ahead of time. There is a 15 minute grace period. Arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled time, may result in a $10 fee for every 15 minutes over time until you arrive ( 30 minutes max) . Any arrival after 30 minutes without prior communication,  will be counted as a no show, and will result in a loss of  your deposit and appointment.

Your appointment 

  1. Prior to your arrival, please make sure your hair is properly washed and detangled. Blow-drying is optional, as it is a complimentary service, but it is strongly encouraged to arrive blow dried if you have the capacity to do so. 

  2. If you are showing any signs of illness, please be respectful and KEEP YOUR MASK ON AT ALL TIMES. This is for both your safety and ours. If you need to remove your mask for any reason throughout the duration of your appointment please communicate before doing so. Thank You! :) 

  3. Please do not bring any extra guests unless discussed prior to your appointment date.
