Booking and Payment Policy
At Created to Create, we require a non-refundable 30% deposit to secure all appointments. Deposits are collected during the online booking process and are applied toward your total service cost. We are a cashless salon, ensuring a seamless and secure payment process for all clients. Final balances will be sent via electronic invoice, which must be paid in full within 48 hours of receipt.

Late Policy
We value your time and the time of our stylists. Please review the following guidelines to avoid disruptions to your appointment:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication will incur a $10 late fee for every 15 minutes until you arrive (up to a maximum of 30 minutes).
After 30 minutes without communication, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, resulting in the loss of your deposit and appointment slot.
If your appointment is running behind, we kindly ask for your patience as we prioritize each client’s experience.
Before Your Appointment
Washing and Blow-Drying: We include professional washing and blow-drying in every service to ensure your hair is clean and prepped for styling.
Optional Preparation: If you’re in a rush or prefer to prepare your hair yourself, you’re welcome to arrive with it washed and blow-dried to help reduce appointment time.
Guest Policy
To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, we kindly ask that clients do not bring extra guests unless this has been discussed and approved prior to your appointment. Unauthorized guests may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.
